Nikki is the Clinic Manager at Growing Hope Farnham. She is a Speech and Language Therapist with 20 years experience across the NHS, education, and independent practice. She has a special interest in early childhood development, with expertise in autism, motor speech difficulties, and sensory integration. Passionate about the vital role communication plays throughout life, Nikki works closely with families to make therapy meaningful, enjoyable, and tailored to each child’s unique needs, helping them achieve real progress and building confidence along the way.
Nicola is the co-founder of The Child Behaviour Network which works with families and organisations to help them better understand and support children with additional needs. Nicola’s formal training is as a Norland Nanny, she has a first class degree in Early Years Development and Learning, and a Norland Diploma. Nicola has worked with children with a range of additional needs for over 12 years in a variety of settings, and specialises in behavioural needs. She is driven by a desire to see all children thrive and reach their full potential. Nicola runs with workshops for parents and carers to help them understand and support children's behaviour at home.
Laura is our Freelance Administrator, and is also a trustee for Growing Hope Farnham. Laura has been involved with Growing Hope since she started running the When Dreams Change course in June 2023.
